Who is behind MitaVillas
MitaVillas is the Punta Mita collection of LuxMex, a luxury villa operator whose home base is Los Cabos.
Los Cabos first, then the Pacific coast
LuxMex began in Los Cabos and is still strongest there, in the addresses people ask for by name: Palmilla, Pedregal, Villas del Mar, Puerto Los Cabos.
The company followed its guests up the Pacific coast to Punta Mita, and across the peninsula to La Paz, carrying the same staffed, concierge-run stay to each coast. MitaVillas is that Punta Mita chapter, now 28 villas across 14 of the peninsula's gated communities.
Booked direct, with no platform fees
You are dealing with the operator, not a marketplace. There is no listing platform between you and the house, and no platform commission stacked onto the nightly rate.
What that changes in practice is small and constant. The person who answers your first message is the same team that knows the villa, its staff and its calendar, and can tell you plainly whether a house suits the trip you are actually planning.
